The new official start of the holiday shopping season starts on Tuesday November 17^th at The Dandelion Patch in Reston Town Center. This special “Girls Night Out” extravaganza is sure to be a fun, festive and charitable evening. “We are working with a team of amazing people to create a memorable evening for our wonderful customers and their friends, said Heidi Kallett, owner of The Dandelion Patch.

The evening’s official activities with start at 7:00 pm but The Dandelion Patch will offer a special 20% off all in-store merchandise starting at 5:00 pm. Reston Town Center patrons will be able to come by after work to shop the explosive new array of holiday gifts that Heidi has recently purveyed from around the globe. “There is something for everyone on your holiday list, says Heidi.”

Come and meet acclaimed Virginia Winemaker Lori Corcoran along with Sommelier Mary Watson for the official Reston release of Mary’s Cuvee. Celebrations Catering, Reston’s favorite caterer, will be there to pair a sampling of their fine holiday cuisine with Corcoran Wines. Chef José Marty will also be there to talk to guests about holiday menu planning and the new menu trends for the season.

Matthew Christian Davis will be there to autograph “The Best of DC”, his 365 page, gorgeous full-color, coffee table book of the century. Back by popular demand will be Golden Girls LLC. This licensed gold buyer will test and weigh your gold, and then pay you on the spot! Two and one-half percent of all gold reimbursements will go directly to Childhelp, as part of The Dandelion Patch’s continued commitment to support the victims of child abuse and neglect.
