Popular Mexican Restaurant Offers St. Patrick’s Day Specials
WASHINGTON D.C. (February 19, 2010) – On Wednesday, March 17, Irish eyes will smile…even at Uncle Julio’s Rio Grande Café. All five Washington D.C. area locations of the restaurant are offering guests award-winning, authentic border-flavored fare and St. Patrick’s Day specials all day long from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., making it easy to be green.
Super Green Frozen Margaritas will be offered for $5.50, and Julio’s Gold margaritas on the rocks will be available for $6. Beer drinkers can get Dos Equis green beer on special for only $3.50. With the purchase of any other item at the restaurant, guests can get a “Pot of Gold” (cup of queso) for the discounted price of $3.
In addition to serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Uncle Julio’s also caters home and office parties — serving fresh, mesquite grilled favorites cooked on-site – as well as offer a new express delivery service, Catering Express.
